IMPORTANT NOTES:

MCBA is a bee club, not a commercial store.  Here are some of the differences:

  • All sales are final.  Double check your shopping cart for items and discounts before paying.
  • If you are a member, log in first to receive a bigger discount. Non-members are welcome to buy at lesser discount.
  • Make sure you see your full discount before you pay. No refunds if you purchase at higher price but qualified for a discount. Contact the webmaster for help before you buy.
  • All sales are for PICK-UP ONLY. Purchasers are responsible for retrieving their goods in Bethesda, approximately 2 miles from the intersection of River Road and 495. The exact address will be emailed to you when your items are ready for pick-up.
  • Items will not be instantly ready for pick-up - only one unlucky volunteer is processing all the orders.  It could be several days before you get an email saying your items are ready.
  • Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready, you must pick it up within 3 weeks, or it will be considered abandoned and will be donated.
  • Items bought in DECEMBER will not be available for pickup until JANUARY.
  • You must agree that you will not re-sell your items for more than you paid.
