Jan Day of the Capital Bee Alliance in Washington, DC will explain the value of consistently keeping a record of what the bees are doing in the hive and what you are doing to the bees in the hive. Managing the health and productivity of your bees now is helped a great deal by knowing what your bees did at this time last year and what has been done to them since. She will share examples of record keeping forms and methods to make record keeping part of your beekeeping routine.
