From Cornell: Thank you for your interest in Cornell University's Master Beekeeping certificate. Please find some additional details about this certificate program below and check out this overview video.

 

The Master Beekeeping Certificate Program (compiled of four courses and one in-person final exam) can be completed within 15 months with three weeks given to complete each course.
The courses include:

+ Honey bee evolution, biology, and behavior
+ Science and art of beekeeping
+ Managing pests and diseases
+ Rewards and contributions of beekeeping
+ Cornell Master Beekeeper exam serie

A few quick facts:
+ Courses are led by professors and researchers from Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Cornell Dyce Lab for Honey Bee Studies
+ Within each course, students will have access to instructor videos, articles, and discussions. Taking courses individually is meant to impart the knowledge and skills needed to pass the cumulative field exam for the Master Beekeeper Certificate
+ Upon completion of this program, you will receive a signed certificate in Master Beekeeping from Cornell
