Valerie Wampler, EAS Certified Master Beekeeper, is a lifelong gardener and ADS Senior Dahlia Judge who fell into beekeeping in 2016 thanks to a dahlia obsession. Currently the Secretary of the Maryland State Beekeepers Association, Valerie teaches throughout Maryland and leads the "Yard Bees" apiary program at the Howard County Detention Center. Valerie has curated an amazing online COOK BOOK for using LOCAL HONEY. You should explore it in advance of her presentation so you can ask questions. It is on the Maryland State Beekeepers Association website under the 'Features' tab www.mdbeekeepers.org
Consider sending your honey customers to this cookbook to spur their need for MORE LOCAL HONEY!
