  • Need to be split?
  • Ready for On The Spot Queen Rearing?

Participants will work in teams, led by an experienced beekeeper.

Participation is limited to 35 Club members who have successfully over-wintered a hive into Spring 2020. Cost is $25. Participants must minimally wear a veil.

SCHEDULE

  • 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm – Check in and team assignment
  • 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm – Review of the assessment tool. Each team will then use the assessment tool to examine a hive, clean it, rotate boxes as needed, and create a Next Steps Plan for that hive. Dave will circulate among the teams to answer questions.
