• If Montgomery County schools close for the day - the Agricultural History Farm Park is closed there is no MCBA meeting.  
• If  Montgomery County schools have a delayed opening, the Agricultural History Farm Park opens late and the MCBA meeting happens as scheduled.  
• If Montgomery County schools close early or cancel all after school activities, the Agricultural History Farm Park closes and there is no MCBA meeting.
