The Montgomery County Beekeeping Association is offering a limited number of grants for beekeepers to attend the Eastern Apicultural Society Short Course and Conference which is at Turf Valley Resort, Maryland (near Ellicott City), August 5-9, 2024.
Because the conference is in Maryland this summer, it is an especially convenient and more affordable opportunity to do a deep dive of learning about beekeeping.
ABOUT THE EASTERN APICULTURAL SOCIETY (EAS)
EAS is a regional beekeeping educational nonprofit serving eastern US states and Canadian provinces.
- An EAS conference is a great opportunity to learn in a wide variety of beekeeping workshops, courses, and sessions, and from fellow beekeepers you meet.
- There is more about the EAS Short Course and Conference here.
- A PDF of the schedule for the short course and conference is here.
Please note that as of today, registration for EAS is yet not open. It should be before long.
